Steady Decline

Before I moved to the Warner Robins area 3 yrs ago, I wouldn't step foot in a McDonalds. With a time consuming move and house purchase, I found that I really needed to visit McDonalds on occasion, and found that I was pleasantly surprised with the service, cleanliness and friendliness of the employees. I have since stopped in several times a week, for coffee on the way to work, or lunch. I think I'm going to strike McDonalds from my list again. Over the last couple of months I've seen the service, cleanliness and friendliness of McDonalds at 3133 Watson Blvd, and 3000 Russell Pkwy, decline, as long time good employees disappear, only to be replaced by complacent, rude and snobby employees.
