I feel at ease when I see either Dr. Buchhammer or Joy Fletcher/Nurse Practitioner. They are very professional; I am more comfortable talking with Joy. This is not only because she is a women; the main reason I like Joy is the fact that she has 25 years of working in the ICU, of which I am very familiar with.
