A local RV dealer wanted to replace the rubber roof on my 35' Fifth Wheel at a cost of $6,500 because all of the white coating on it was gone and the roof was totally black as well as having several soft spots at the front corners. Mid Georgia repaired the damage to both corners, resealed all the seams separately before rolling two coats of high quality roof sealant for $2,200. The roof not only looks better than new it has been through multiple bad thunderstorms and no leaks ever. I asked the owner what his warranty on the roof was and he stated that when he expires, so does the warranty. I highly recommend you talk to these folks before you take your RV to a dealer for a quote.
