Great place. I followed them from their old location. I have only taken my dog there since she was a puppy. She is always so excited to be there.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! I have shepherd/chow mix and they CUT THE DOG'S MANE!!!! Are not knowledgeable on how to cut dogs according to breed. Won't correct mistakes, and will also try to argue with your negative reviews instead of fixing the problem. DO NOT GO THERE.. plenty of other groomers to go too. Smirked in our face when confronted about their mistakes. Locally owned may not always be the best, because then the owner feels he can treat customers ANY WAY HE WANTS TO.

Great place ! I take my puppy to be groomed. She always comes back so happy and pretty. The animals that are sold there are always happy and in great condition. I highly recommend this place.

great caring people.. you can interact with the pets. my dog has extra dew claws on the back feet ,he is the only one who can cut them. bought a bearded dragon and he is still thriving. I recommend this pet store. support local businesses.

I love this place. I feel at home. Greeted as i walk in. They are the best groomers my poodle loves to go wags his tail as soon as we pull up!

Awesome staff. Very friendly well kept up and clean. Staff is right there to answer any questions you might have. I will always shop at my local sit and stay.

I feel terrible for the animals kept in this place. I walked in looked around. A puppy was kept in a glass box with puppy pads begging to be given any attention. I kept looking around I find a dead guinea pig in a cage with other live animals licking it. Blood everywhere. One of the girls who works here was standing two feet away. How could you not notice a dead animal in your store. Please do not give this place enough business to stay open your hurting the poor animals they are trying to make money off of. It's heart breaking.

They did a great job taking care of my elderly Golden. They are so delicate with him and he always enjoys going to the spa

Ive brought my dog here for a year now. They always take great care and great job. Place is completely remodeld and looks great. No bad smells

It smelled soooooo bad in there I should have walked out but decided to give them a try any way. When I went to pick my dog up they tried to charge me double what I was told and she smelled so bad when I left I don't even think the bathed her! Would NOT take another animal here! Clean up!!!!!

when we first moved here, we took our 2 dogs there to get groom. when we went back to pick them up, we were really disappointed. it looks like they didnt even get a hair cut or trim their nails. also they smell bad!! plus the place smelled so bad!

I took my son for a walk to the shops this place is in and decided we'd go in and OMG it smelled horrible! the place was so nasty!! never ever take your pets here. very unsanitary

My Airedale has been coming here monthly for about a year now. When our old groomer retired we tried everywhere to find a good groomer who knows the proper cut to do but also does a good job. Joey knows what he is doing and does a great job. Love it.

I took my dogs here and when they called me to pick them up, I was shocked. They had been shaved like I requested but their heads and tails had not. It looked like where their collars went is where they stopped on the neck and at the base of the tail. They both had hair clumps on their back legs and you can see the Chris cross marks across their backs where they didn't overlap the cuts, you can see ridges of hair between each row. I will find another groomer to finish the cuts and straighten out what was clipped. I would highly reccomend you take your pets somewhere else.
