I have lived here five months it is the best complex I have lived in since moving to warner robins 12 years ago the staff and maintenance can not be beat the one big problem is the tenants and there pets this is the only place that does not restrict dog breed or size all they ask is that you clean up after them if you don't want to do that maybe people should use puppy pads in there apartments than they can deal with it not the people with kids that want to play in grass l will say I live in building 16 don't mind saying this should not be the job of maintenance it is the dog owners responsibility so let's get a grip.

Don't think you will get an apartment like the one you see online. Very old complex with poor upkeep. Carpets filthy. Great if you have a dog, just take it outside and let it poop anywhere. No need to clean it up, no one does, except when gardeners do the grounds once a week. Great location near base, between Publix and Krogers. Pretty flowers outside. Very poor upkeep on playground equipment.
