Zero stars untrustworthy unprofessional. Serviced an older lawnmower completely. Brought mover back after initial repair they held it for over a week stated that it ran fine. Once I got the lawnmower back the blade would not engage. Co-owner stated that this would be a new repair order and that originally they had only worked on the engine. Stated that they would pick it up Monday one week after original contact. Now Wednesday they have yet to pick it up. Poor poor.... would never reccomend.

They are by far the best shop in town.

Zero stars!!!! Pressure washer over 2 weeks did not even look at the pressure washer. I was not told it would be over 3 weeks to look at it simple carburetor cleaning on a pressure washer. When I picked the pressure washer up it was all wet and had to sit outside in the back of the shop. I had to take it elsewhere to get it repaired. Shop opens at nine a.m the lady that works at the counter didn't open the store until 9:10. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. All they do at specialty is lie. They tell you that your equipment will be ready in a week then 3 months later they haven't even started on it. You ask them a question about a problem you are having and their answer is always "don't worry about that just bring it in and we will take care of it. We get those all the time." Worst people I've ever done business with and recommend that no one go there ever.
