DO NOT HIRE. Didn't finish the job and stole $100 from us. Terrible experience. We hired Titan to load a full-size semi trailer for a 4 bedroom house when we moved from Georgia. Keep in mind this was the exact same truck we moved to Warner-Robins in--literally the same truck and driver. The only difference is that when we hired Titan, we actually had significantly less stuff than when we first moved to GA. But when Titan came to load the truck, their guys quit on us before the job was done. After about four hours, they said, "Sorry. Truck is full," with a whole room's worth of stuff still in the house! They then drove off without saying anything. Fortunately, the truck driver--NOT a Titan employee--volunteered to help us re-pack the truck and we got everything on. What's worse is that Titan overcharged us by $100, then denied it for a while before finally admitting it and saying the movers thought it was an extra tip on top of what we gave them. Weeks later, the owner (Derek) has repeatedly claimed he would resolve it, lied about the accounting department supposedly having refunded the money to my card, and finally stopped responding altogether. These guys have failed to do the job they were hired for, they stole from us, and they repeatedly lied to us. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Titan.
