Well, we stopped here to take ...

Well, we stopped here to take dinner home with us last night and it was an experience. So much that I filed a complaint. The "Regional Manager" did call, but instead of wanting to discuss the situation, he wanted to make excuses for why things happened. Not being able to hear someone over the noise I believe is a valid issue. His response was "Well she's just a quiet person." Not getting what we ordered I felt was a valid complaint. Yes, we receive 1 piece more than what we wanted, but it still wasn't what I ordered. There were other items (Fried Okra I was told) in with our fries. Granted that wasn't a big deal. Then to get a "lecture" from the Regional Manager on what constitutes a complaint? So I guess we were just suppose to read her lips, take what we got and be happy? With more than one restaurant in this town its safe to say we won't be back, nor will we recommend it to others.
