I have had the absolute worst dental work from this place. I love the staff, I love Dr. Clark as a person but he sucks as a dentist. I had a root canal done on the left side over 5 months ago and it still hurts. I have gone in several times and explained this and they have done nothing. (word of advice, do not let a dentist do a root canal, go to an endodontist.
Still with the root canal pain, Dr. Clark told me in March that I needed three cavities filled on the right side. I was not experiencing any pain on my right side at all before the cavities were filled. Once they were filled in March I was in excruciating pain. I have never had pain from cavities being filled. I went back several times and Dr. Clark just kept putting me on steroids. The pain was so bad that I went to a different dentist to see if I could get help from them. They got the x-rays from Dr. Clarks office that were took before my cavities were filled and said that they should not have been filled and that I clearly needed root canals on 2 of them and that was why I was in so much pain now. So one month after getting the cavities filled I had to go to an endodontist and get the first root canal. Looking back on when Dr. Clark did my root canal over 5 months ago the experience was completely different at an endodontist. The endodontist numbed be with 2 shots and it took 5 minutes before he started working on me. They used a dental dam, gave me clear glasses to wear so nothing would get in my eyes, took x-rays after the root canal then they filled it and took another x-ray to be sure it was filled right. He used the microscope glasses while he was doing the procedure and it took only 45 min. When I let Dr. Clarks do my root canal, he gave me 5 shots then waited 15 min then gave me another 3 shots then waited another 20 min before even starting, he did not use a dental dam, did not give me glasses to wear, did not take any x-rays before or after and did not use the microscope glasses during the procedure and I was in the chair for 3 hours.
I have been in so much pain and paid thousands out of pocket and I have maxed out my $1000.00 yearly allowance for insurance. So I still had to pay for both root canals and crowns out of pocket. So I decided to call Dr. Clarks office and ask them to at least refund me the 2 teeth cavities that were filled that I had to get root canals on a month later and they said no. I have paid thousands to Dr. Clarks office in the last 6 months and all I was asking for was what I rightfully deserved. I should not have to pay for 2 cavities to get filled then turn around and get root canals and crowns on the same teeth less than 30 days later. I am paying a total of $3000 for the 2 root canals and $1500 for the two crowns out of pocket. All I was asking for was $300 refund for the unnecessary work I paid for from Dr. Clark. How is that for ethical. I do not recommend anyone go here or you will be in pain with no money after it is all said and done.

I started going here because they used to be open on saturdays. Now they are not. The people are nice but the dental work is horrible. Worst dental work i have ever had, i kept going back thinking it was just a one time bad experience but everytime i went something else would go worng. Dr. Clark is not a good dentist, he does procedures he should not be doing and does not have the skill to do. i have seen other reviews about how bad the dental work is from here and wished i read reviews before i ever went

Dr. Clark is amazing, he makes me feel right at home. He takes my insurance and is very understanding. He definetly cares about a persons smile... He fixed mine and now i can actually walk around and feel great about myself. The staff there are all so friendly and caring. I would definetly refer everyone to him, and anyone looking for a new dentist, he is the best!!! :)

I just recently got the opportunity to meet Dr. Clark and his team. Everyone is wonderful! He got this practice from Rick Croasdale, whom my family & I have seen for so many years! I was so nervous because Dr. Croasdale was so gentle, but Dr. Clark was even better! He & his staff are so friendly & really care about taking care of everyone! We all went in for our regular checkup and cleaning appointment, on a Saturday, and Dr. Clark was so gentle (he even was singing to us!). My son had a few cavities and instead of having to come back again, he got it all taken care of that day! My son is 12 years old and Dr. Clark explained everything he was going to do, he just really included my kids in every conversation, which made them feel involved (like adults)! I myself had to get a crown done, which I knew about ahead of time and had been avoiding, but he did it for me that same day! I hate shots, but he was so good, I didn't even feel it! My crown is perfect! You can't even tell it's not real! He is working at this office part-time & part-time somewhere else, but will be coming full time in a few months they said. Oh, and he's going to do my daughters braces, for much less than the orthodontist was going to charge us! So, give him a try, I know you won't be disapponted!!
