I was extremely skeptical about ever sending my children to another daycare after one of my kids got injured and spent 6 day in pediatric icu because of the other day care negligence. But after 3 month of searching and reserching daycares i found amazing learning academy! I have watched my 3 yr excel in every thing she does! Ms. Roland ( owner) listens to every concern and advice i have given. Yes there is a high turn over but i find it hard to believe it has any thing to do with the owner! She is just looking for the "right ones" to teach our children. It is hard for any one to understand unless you own your own business or manage a business that you are in charge of finding the proper staff to help your business excel.

I find it HILARIOUS that someone else wrote a review about ms. Roland. And a recent one too! I had a bad experience with ms. Roland as well a few years ago. I'm surprised this lady still has a Business. She is very arrogant and condescending . Which is funny because she probably cannot even define the word condescending. Please someone get the health department to this place to do some kind of inspections as well. Don't send your kids here period.

I must say my child did begin to learn, however once he did there was a turnover in staff members because of the owners attitude. When you attempt to speak to her about something of an important nature, if it's not beneficial to her, you get no attention in the matter at hand. In order to run a "small successful business" of this nature you must posses professionalism Something this woman totally lacks! Beware of this school. You may be satisfied ... But not for long
