Very reliable! The office staff was helpful and pleasant to talk to. The chauffeurs are were also very good at what they do.

I have used Aristocat many times and they have outstanding drivers and service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to be totally pampered!

"I was in charge of planning my best friends bachelor party. I Had the hall, the entertainment, one important thing I forgot! The limo. It was on a Saturday, 3:00 in the afternoon and every other company was closed, no one to get a hold of. I called Aristocat limo and not only was helped, i reached the owner! Sue Jarvis, who on her day off, took it upon herself to find me a limo at the last minute, and make an oversight on my part a success!"

YOU GUYS ROCK... Everything was perfect, the upgrade at no extra cost was a surprise. The Birthday Girl cried when she saw the car. The driver was a true class act. From the first time I called, I was impressed!

I just recently used Aristocat for my wedding and the service was wonderful. We had a beatiful coach limo, the chauffeur was kind and went beyond the call of duty, all the office staff took their time with us, it was a great experience. I would recomend them to everyone!!

We were very disappointed with Aristocat's service for our wedding on June 27, 2009. We requested a black limo, a white one arrived, the A/C only pushed out mildly cool air, the passenger-side window in the back did not work, and the driver's belly hung out of his shirt the whole time. Then a replacement limo was sent, I don't know if it was due to the A/C, the wrong color, or what, I didn't get a full explanation, and that one's passenger-side window also did not work. On top of all of that, we paid for the wedding package and there were no bottles of water and no red carpet service as promised.

An all white Navigator limo was rented for prom. The vehicle showed up on time with dirty wheels, a smoke smell in the interior, a superficial cleaning of the interior, and a dirty glass under one of the seats. The tinted windows need repair on the driver's side (appear to be peeling). The was condensation in the headlamps. The driver and staff were courteous and that's the only reason that the company gets 2 stars.

Aristocat did a fabulous job on our wedding and airport service for out of town guests.I would recommend them anytime.

We had an excellent expericence on our night out. Everything was perfect-the limousine, driver and the whole night out!
