Not what I expected. Quoted $2.75 a wash over phone but was $3.75. Too expensive IMO since only the hot water is solar powered. However, compared to other laundromats in the area this place is decent (as far as upkeep). Spotless windows, clean floors and air-conditioned. A few machines smell like mildew and one was rusting on the outside (white machine). The owner questioned me over what I was washing and looked at my laundry while I was unloading (nothing out of the ordinary either just bedding and towels). Also he walked around several times taking pictures on his phone of the machines while in use. He was helpful when I needed to buy supplies but he has a short temperament otherwise. I'd go back only to use the larger washers.

To update this: I can see now why the owner questions people. There is one man who comes into this laundromat with commercial rugs (he runs a cleaning business) and puts his filthy wet rugs into the dryers! So I must retract my criticism on this point--and on the other point about him using his phone to keep on eye on his machines. I bumped up this rating from a 2 to a 4.

Visiting from Southern California for a volleyball tournament and needed to wash a weeks worth of stinky volleyball gear. Big Bundle is by far the best laundromat I have ever been to. Very clean and staff/owner very helpful. If I lived here this would be my go to laundromat.
