I only have a half hour lunch from work, so it is always a time crunch to get in and out of a restaurant with my to-go order. When I arrived.. It took about 4 minutes for someone to even notice I was standing there. A server finally alerted the take out workers that I was waiting. I paid for my food, and was told it would be about 3-5 minutes for it to be done, even though I specifically stated the time I needed it ready by. I waited for approximately 13 minutes ... The guy finally had realized that the bag on the counter (that had been there when I arrived) was my food. I was very unhappy with the promptness of the service and the fact that I was late to work and didn't even get to eat it while it was warm.
