I Am The Owner Of Dobb's Carpet. The Guy That Wrote The Review About Doing Drugs Is The Installer I Fired Because He Was Drinking And Doing Drugs On My Job In Huntington Woods. He Installed Hardwood Wrong & I Had To Replace It .I Didn't Pay Him Because Of That Reason. Also I Don't Do Jobs In Lapeer. He Turned The Story Around Because He Was Mad. I Have Been In Business For Over 35 Years And Many Satisfied Customers.

I had a new puppy that pretty much destroyed a new rug. Use your imagination, it wasn't good. We brought them our large and smaller area rugs, and they made them like new. Mike was great to work with, and the prices fair!! Thanks!

This is my grandfather's company if you seen a crew in a Meijer parking lot doing that then you need to call the company and notify us about it so we can fire the crew, we can't stop something we don't know about, so instead of giving bad reviews maybe notify the company because we drug test, by the way the crew did get caught and is no longer employeed by Dobbs carpet so now your review is now pointless

I'm very impressed with the service that I received from Dobbs Carpet Service. The installers were very polite, professional and respectful. The finished result was flawless! I will definitely refer them to all of my family and friends.

Mr. Dobbelaer came to my house around noon on April 14, 2015 to measure and give me an estimate to have a Armstrong sheet vinyl floor installed. He was very friendly and courteous. He measured the area, we chatted a bit, then he said he would call me the next day with the estimate. I thought that was strange, I already had 2 other companies before him that came out, measured and gave me an estimate on the spot.



Thursday came and went no call no estimate. It is nowWednesdayafternoon, April 22, 2015 8 days later. No calls, nothing. Very unprofessional.



I also emailed him on Saturday April 18, 2015...no reply,



If there was some issue, a 5 minute phone call would have been nice and maybe we could have cleared it up.



Nope.



Thank you so much Mr. Dobbelaer for being inconsiderate, thoughtless and wasting my time. I will NOT be recommending your company for anything.
