Very friendly and kind. They went out of their way to help me with a last minute order on a Saturday. I will recommend them to others in the area.

I took a large heart wreath to be cleaned and add a few new flowers. Oh my Gosh the wreath was absolutely beautiful when they finished it. I recommend Downing's to everyone they are the BEST. Very professional. helpful and friendly.

My husband sent me roses from Downing's, they are absolutely beautiful, the largest red roses I ever received. I don't get flowers very often (hint, hint) lol. but I tickled pink with these. The delivery man was nice, he took the extra time to find my building at the GM Tech Center and make sure I got my flowers.

Had funeral arrangements made for my mother's service. Got many compliments on the flowers, very beautiful, a nice tribute to my mom. People there very helpful. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
