Provided by YP.comDo yourself a favor, do some research before that purchase, service, or parts from this store. Look at the crew that is here. There are a few people there that have been there for a year or more. The majority of staff is new due to bad service, poor customer service, and just plain bad managment. Short of a friend or a family member that works here you can do better at any other dealership. You have been warned.

Provided by YP.comBEWARE WORST PLACE FOR SERVICE, and to top it off it's the most expensive. They charged me 890.00 to replace my radiator and 3 weeks later my radiator cracked and started leaking. They said it might be faulty and need to remove it to find out. But will cost 480.00, at 2.5 hours labor to fix the problem. SCAM ARTISTS.

Provided by YP.comUpon purchase of a 2013 Ram 1500 from Galeana's Dodge, the salesman told us twice that anything wrong with the certified truck would be covered under a 3,000 mile- 3 month warranty and they would cover any deductible as well. We asked him about this again as we signed the paperwork, because it did not specifically say that on the paperwork. He swears up and down that he's honest!? As we leave the dealership the check airbag system light came on, so we turn around and the salesman pulls the battery cable to reset the computer. I tell him that's not fixing it, the light will be back on within 50 miles. He reiterates that any problems they will pay for at any dodge dealer near me, as we live over 100 miles away. Light came back on during drive home and I finally fixed it myself- loose connector under drivers seat.I take the truck in to Chelsea Dodge to have them locate a front end squeak I noticed a week after purchase. Rained a week straight, so first time I heard this, as I couldn't have the windows down much before. the dealer had the truck a day, but could not locate the squeak (even though I did within a few miles of leaving the dealer). They did inform me that the front brakes were over 70 worn with warped rotors and should have been replaced on a certified vehicle before sold. They said they would replace them under warranty. My salesman now informs me that they will not cover any more deductibles for warranty claim, since I didn't get everything done at once. Filed a complaint with FCA and he tells them that he only agreed to pay the deductible for brakes and airbag light upon purchase of vehicle. The funny thing here is if that were true then he must have ESP regarding the airbag light (wasn't on until we left dealer- he had no idea and the brakes he said had surface rust and that's why they pulsed on the test drive, but were perfectly fine. Now FCA and Galeana Dodge say I can pay the deductible and $80 diagnostic fee? Certified junk is what I feel I purchased.

Provided by YPmobileThis dealership is by far the worst I have ever been to. I would stay away from here but unfortunately the problem with my 2012 Dodge Charger RT originated from this dealership so no other dealership wants to touch it. I have made many complaints about this location to Dodge.
After getting my car back from this dealership the vehicle will randomly die on me. They originally denied me a loaner vehicle even though my car is under the manufacturer's warranty. I complained to Dodge and they were able to get me into a loaner vehicle. I have had to bring my car to this dealership multiple times and the service managers have treated it as their personal vehicle, driving more than 300 miles in my leased car.
I have complained to the General Manager who was very rude and I have personally spoken to many people in their service department and have came to the conclusion that they mean well but are just not competent enough to do their job.
Bottom line is don't make the same mistake I made and just stay away from this place, there are too many well ran dealerships to spend your hard earned money here.

Provided by YP.comWorst Dealership ever!!!!!!!! Entire dealership is unprofessional!!! bought used convertible with only 15,000 miles on it. Car salesman was polite, however failed to mention how to use key fob to drop convertible, and also no car book. After taking home car found a Red streak on front light they must not of looked over this car very well before selling, and also rims were filthy. This may be my fault however when originally looking at car the first time in person this was not there, until took it home a week later.Also found dirty hair brush of old hair in back seat.
After putting 2000 miles on car the breaks were already shot and had to be taken in to get fixed, along with my tail pipe and exhaust... car also makes strange noise they couldnt identify...
The service shop could care less about car, and never would get back to me on what exactly was wrong with car, this is the first place I've had to keep tabs on my own car at! Worst service ever! Incompetent staff.
After having my car in 3 times for work at this place and still having same problems with the car I will never go back! also had to fight with dealership about paying for the breaks on car to be fixed! Done dealing with this dealerships BS going to a better dealership! I dont even think this car was certified before they sold it!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!BIGGEST MISTAKE BUYING CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!
