Very unhappy customer. I walked intothis shop on Friday May 30,2008. I asked them if they were able to do a hair cut or me. I was told they could do it at 430 if I could come back then. I came back for my appointment. I have longer hair that is pretty wavey. It is all one length and I do have bangs. I asked to get alittle trim meaning I wanted the split ends cut off only. I asked about giving me some height on top thinking they would just do the little V stuff. My hair was not styled or dried by them. I couldnt tellwhat kind of cut I got. I came home and washed and tried style my hair. I find that the sides are cut right at my chin level and the sides used to be actually down past my chest. I was horrified. It sticks out and it literally looks like someone just took a chop out of each side. Everyone that has seen it says what a horrible job. I will be contacting this business to fix it if they can. I will be scared to let them fix it. It took years to get it this long!
