I stored a trailer here. All was well for almost two years. Then they changed the locks and did not inform me. Took a week to get a key. After that, during a storm, the tree I was told to park under dropped a limb that broke the roof vent on the trailer, bent the inner support structure and punctured a 2 inch hole in the roof skin. I called to see if they could help me out with the repairs. Numerous times. They are non-responsive. I have called both Rick and Michelle and they won't even give me the professional courtesy of calling back. Even if you don't want to help, at least have the courtesy to call and tell me you got my messages. Thanks for nothing. I surely won't be recommending that place to anyone. Karma will not be kind to souls like you. I am totally unsatisfied. Boooooooo on you.
