This is probably a little more than ridiculous but I love that I have a sliding shower door. No hassle with a curtain and keeping it clean is super simple. I would like a little more counter space in both my kitchen and my bathroom, but you can't really go wrong with 900sqft. It's a great place.

I went to look at Parkview Village with my roommate and I was pleasantly supprised by the amount of space within the layout we looked at. Both bedrooms were about the same size, though one did have a half bathroom attached. We were not a fan of the way the patio cut into the living room, but I guess that is supposed to be a dining room. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the place. I guess the residents had just moved out. Everything had a fresh coat of paint and the carpets were spotless. We are going to keep looking, but we are keeping Parkview on our list.

Even though the clubhouse kind of looks like a school, the complex is actually pretty nice. Lots of nicely landscaped grounds to peruse, and a well tended swimming pool. The one bedrooms are decently sized, and have a lot of closet space.

Parkview Village is cute! The flowers everywhere make it really welcoming. You can rent a carport which is real convenient in the winter and on rainy days. It's close to Davenport and St. John's hospital too. Makes it convenient if you're a student or a nurse.

The manager is nice and the landscaping is clean. Even the one-bedrooms are decently sized. You don't feel like you're living in a filing cabinet. And the pool is a nice amenity.
