Don't read-in to the poor reviews others have given this place. If you truly want the help you need/deserve and understand what this place really does, you will greatly appreciate their services. Every person I came in contact with was very nice to me and made me feel comfortable. I am a white female and the BLACK receptionists called me "honey" and "sweety" and every person I came in contact with, was very nice to me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Nobody came across as racist to me, and I'm a white girl, assuming you are as well... They were very professional and were supportive with me. The counselor and doctor were white and Indian, also both very supportive and friendly. I really appreciate everything they're doing for me. Of course they want money and want you to pay them, but they won't abandon you. They are just like most clinics, of course, and will expect you to pay weekly. But I saw someone in there today who didn't have the money he owed, and the receptionist said it's okay and just pay what he can, and they'll worry about it at another time. She was very sweet about it. I also felt they safely practice doctor/patient confidentiality, and they respected my privacy. In front of others, they were very discreet about the nature of my business there, and they were discreet with everyone who went in there. And to the person who said THEY made her lose her kids, I'm sorry but they didn't make you lose your kids, YOU made you lose your kids. If you actually read the paperwork you sign, they'll only share your info with other clinics/law, etc... only in the rare circumstances that you become a danger to their establishment and for other reasons, that are purely common sense. There is nothing specific that you did, that would be different from other clinics of this nature. If you think otherwise, then maybe this type of treatment isn't the best for you. And for the person who says these are "drug dealers", you should really educate yourself better, or maybe not. For the people who really need the help and treatment they expect to receive, this clinic will give you that, to the best of their ability. If you understand what this is and what you're getting yourselves into, this place is a good way to start getting your life back on track. This treatment might not be for everyone (that needs to be treated), but its the best option for me, compared to the alternative(s). There's no wait list and you will be treated immediately, at the end of your first appointment, then daily after that, till you build their trust. It's all about "baby steps" and for a lot of drug dependent people, this is the best option for them. I very much appreciate what they do for me and for others like me.

employees are racist (80% black & 20% white). Your treated like a scum bag. they speak your business in front of everyone. Very disrespectful & rude. something needs to be done about this place real fast. building inspector & health code inspector need to be contacted

I lost my son while attending premier care , these people do not care about their clients they just care about the money thier making! I am not the only one who lost a child while attending this clinic. beware!!!!!
