A Guaranteed House Cleaning: If you are not completely satisfied with your house cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your home being cleaned and we will re-clean the areas that you are dissatisfied with. Insured For Our Clients Protection: If an unexpected accident is caused by our house cleaner such as breakage or employee injury, Pristine Maids carry insurance to protect the client from liability. A Prompt Arrival Time: We make every effort to arrive at your residence on time. However clients scheduled before you and traffic may effect our arrival time. A few things are beyond our control. We'll make every effort to get in contact with you if our arrival time is outside of +/- 30 minutes of your scheduled cleaning.
