Every time I call with my results, I get a friendly person on the phone. We have a brief conversation and then take care of business. It is always a pleasure to report to them. Needed products is always rec'd within a day or two. Great job done by all.

I was given step by step information when my battery went bad. Everyone has been very patient when i needed extra time to give my dosage and my results. Very pleased in every aspect compared to other people and relatives who had to go to clinics or office to get their INR testing done.
