Established in 1977, Sur-Flo Plastics & Engineering is an ISO certified full-service manufacturing Tier One supplier of plastic injection molded products. It has long established itself as a leader in plastics innovation. With 50 to 3000 ton presses, it has the manufacturing capabilities to produce complex assemblies, prototypes and high and low production runs. It can also build secondary equipment and end-of-arm tooling. Its processes include custom injection moulding, gas assisted, gas counter pressure, assembly and vacuum forming. Sur-Flo has in-house testing capabilities, such as color comparison, elongation, flammability and moisture content. Its products include interior, exterior and under-the-hood automotive products such as bumper stops and consoles, and non-automotive products such as cable arms and radio knobs. Sur-Flo maintains two facilities in Warren and one facility in Fraser, Mich.
