The moment we got into the motel my boyfriend had stepped on a piece of glass-and the bottom of my white socks were jet black by the end of the night. The woman who answers the phone there was extremely rude, I had called her to ask why I wasn't able to get wifi on my laptop and she had explained that only certain rooms in the motel were able to get wifi, sounded very annoyed with me. When I had told her I had another question she had hung up on me. That morning we had gotten the call to check out around 11:30 when the check out time was originally 11:00. It took us about 5 minutes to get all of our belongings packed up and she had called our room again saying that she was going to charge us an extra $5 and was going to hold my ID unless I gave it to her. It was absolutely ridiculous! There's other motels in Warren that are a lot cheaper, with a lot nicer staff, and allow you to stay longer than 11am. This motel was a last resort, and I definetly will never stay there again.
