The review above mine was from a Value City Furniture employee, so take it as you may. I, as a customer unfortunately cannot give the same 5 stars as I did not have a good experience. The sales people are extremely pushy. Our delivery was 4 days late. 2 pieces of the furniture were very badly scratched. The delivery people gave a stink when I told them to load it up and take it back with them. What should of been a good experience turned into a 3 week ordeal. No thank you ...
