I've had an unfortunate service experience with my Toyota Prius. Warren Toyota's technician removed my oil filter element and sent the car out without a replacement in place.

Warren Toyota has refused to provide any compensation beyond a free oil and filter change.

I'll take my business somewhere else going forward
