Helpful and polite. Worked with me to get my needed equipment. I was able to use their computer to sign up.

I had a great customer service both on the phone and in person was great. efficient and consumer friendly

Customer service is horrible. The receptionist is unprofessional and not considerate of others including paying customers. They do not project a customer friendly environment. They make their customers wait around while they talk and play with each other. My friend said if they were not making his orthotic he would get his prescription back and go to another orthotic supplier. Mr. Garth says that he was treated terribly.
