Provided by YP.comI read all the reviews before we went to his businesses. They were all correct he is a very nice man and try’s to help you . We purchases a washer love it , it was exactly what I was looking for and older washer without a computer board. After getting that and liking it we decided to purchase a refrigerator. He was great he painted it and delivered it, loved it. Two days after receiving it things were freezing in the fridge. He sent out his service man right away. Very friendly and professional. We went through this process over and over again. He replaced parts and even took it to his shop to find the problem. It was fine for a month. Then it started all over again we went through this for 6 months. Zella became tired of hearing from us. We had another issue on redelivering the refrigerator he hit our house with is truck. Damaged the corner gutter. He tried to have someone fix it so it wasn’t reported to our insurance. They figured because I am female I would say thank you and everything was fine . So at this point I have a nonworking refrigerator that cost 600.00 dollars and a crinkled corner gutter, and no statisfaction. So before you purchase things from him or anyone that sells used appliances becareful, not all the review are real and correct.

I went to 2 other appliance stores which has a bad customer service and rude person specially in nice Appliances...and i found Zella Appliances while i was driving !! when i went to Zella Appliance i found the customer service i am looking for with the cleanest and nicest appliances have ever seen ..they really the best..they taking care of the customer not the money!! I purchased a stainless steal Side by side refrigerator like new which it was for $480 and i offer $400 cash and pick up the refrigerator with me..and they said yes i can have it for that price..The guy loaded up in the truck for me and i took it home and plugged in the next day..its been couple days and its working perfect like I excepted..they gave me 6 months warranty with it. Not like other stores they gave 30 days warranty with expensive prices.
i am really happy with my purchase Thank you Zella appliances for your perfect customer service..i will be back again for sure if needed anything!!

These guys have nice appliances, great pricing, and went way out of their way to make sure I was happy as a customer. Quick delivery and install, and amazingly friendly! I highly recommend them to anybody who values customer service like I do.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I needed to replace a washer and a stove. They had a decent selection, were quick, courteous, and professional while selling and delivering. The appliances were clean and very usable. Great job!

Provided by YP.comI bought a stackable washer and dryer. They were quick to deliver that day. After a couple of months the washer stopped spinning. They came right out and when it couldn't be fixed they gave me a better unit. Really nice guys!

Provided by YP.comI went in the store..was greeted..the salesperson helped me pick a perfect stove to fit my budget and home..i love it and i would recommend Zella's to everyone...they delivered my stove and installed it the same day and also removed my old one out of the house for me....

Provided by YP.comI purchased a Whirlpool Convection oven for $500 with "new" board. A week after purchase the oven would not turn on - the warranty is garbage - they will not come out to repair - blame the customer. I had another appliance company come out to repair- bad wiring harness & board - mismatched screws showed they were in the back & knew the stove/oven was bad. The repairs will be another $450 - easily I could have purchased new & would recommend that to anyone considering a purchase from this business. It was an expensive lesson to learn.
1st thing (thank you) for being a big liar 2nd thing I wasn't laying when I said its has a brand new board and I will never lie to my customer and of course I will blame you because you have 6 months warranty why did you call another company to fix your stove. not only me anyone will blame you for doing that because you're wrong how I'm I support to knew if they didn't break my stove just to charge you money for it or if he didn't change the board and took the new one with him 3rd thing when you came to buy the stove I suggest you to turn on the stove in front of you to make sure that the stove is working perfect and I did and you saw it was working from the beginning why you didn't mention that in your comment?? and I have proof of every word I'm saying and you decide to pick up the stove which if anything goes wrong with it during your warranty you have to bring it back for service and I told you that from the beginning plus I have signs all over my shop saying(if you pick up an item you must bring it back for service, but if we deliver the item we will come out and fix it) which is not only me doing that all appliances stores does same thing that's why there is delivery charge!! and I told you bring it back and I will take care of the problem why you're saying the warranty is garbage!! when I said even if you bring it I will not fix it for you, then yes I am telling you my warranty is garbage! but I told you many times and I will one more time in here if you bring it back I will take care of the problem and make my customer happy which I always do! and you still under warranty till May but I'm not coming out there sorry!! and I have proof of every word I'm saying because I have screenshot of all our conversation on Facebook and thank you again!!

Provided by YPmobileOnce again I'm totally satisfied with my purchase from Zella, my washer and dryer hasn't given me not one problem at all. Tom delivered it and even set it up for my kids and I , he even went the extra mile and bought a piece that we need for our vent and came back and attempted to set it up. My son was like "wow mom now that is what I call customer service he actually cared enough to do that for his customers".I agree, I will continue to be a repeat customer, thank you Tom and I pray that God will continue to bless you and your business.

Provided by YP.comVery professional and would highly recommend! Washer went out on Saturday and they had a new one delivered the next day. (Yes they delivered on a Sunday) also came with a 6 month warranty. Check them out!

Provided by YP.comI had been looking for an apartment sized fridge on Craigslist for a while with no luck. I went to Zella and they had a beautiful one for a great price! They delivered it for only $20 too! What a fantastic deal! They also had many other very nice-looking appliances there. I will definitely go there first if looking for any appliances.

Provided by YP.comI just bought a washer/dryer. The dryer vent isn't bolted inside the dryer. The owner would not fix the problem, he pulled the unit out where it now blocking my bathroom. They don't stand by there products. .. Don't get anything from these people. I regret this purchase and its only been a day! ! No this is not a good place to buy anything!!!
Your a big liar I wish I didn't sell you nothing because you don't deserve nothing I help you out with your payment and I was super nice with you and I went to other places to get you a gas stackable and I waited 3 weeks till you pay off everything and the last thing I except you threat me on the phone with no reason and the stackable working fine and we don't take any responsible about your own vent which I told you from the begging and I did a good job to call the police on you because you keep calling and taxing to threat me and over all that we call you to do the vent for you which is thing we don't do and were not responsible for it and you said your cousin will do it so stop being liar and go find somewhere else to play with
