Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone that wants quality customer service. The owner Sammy has very poor skills to deal with customer service issues.First off, she won't accept credit cards for anything under $30, when questioned about it , her response is rude, defensive and aggressively hostile. She started to yell at her front desk girl, her daughter, in front of me, for accepting my payment since it was under $30, very unprofessional. Second , her prices are little on the high side, which is fine, but she told me that she regularly expects tips ranging from 30 %-40% and higher (i always go by traditional 15-20%) .unfortunately for me, there was a mistake made on a tip amount put thru on my credit card and she refused to adjust without charging me even more money nor would she even give a credit for a future visit. Her overall attitude and behavior seems very aggressive, defensive and hostile for a small business owner who depends on satisfied customers for her livelihood..In the past she has also been outwardly upset at me when i couldn't make it to an appointment. Her business hours as advertised are extremely unreliable, closing early regularly and not opening at all on a some Sundays when she advertises that she is open. The place is nicely decorated and renovated and she does decent waxing but i feel that treatment and overall customer service is very important, the flexibility to deal with a mistake or problem is lacking . i would not return to this place. i did have to tell her that and her response was that she doesn't need my business and has plenty of other business. This nontraditional type of treatment isn't what i am used to, i do work with people myself in my profession and i have a very different attitude toward my patients/clients. i don't think business edict such as this will be able to strive in this area if she continues doing business like this. There are an abundance of excellent waxing businesses in this are that would be a much better option.
