I have the chance of dealing with "Ed" about a heating problem. He calls and follows up on time. When I got a second estimate from another plumber and decided not to use his service, he became upset and sarcastic and bully'ish, texting me stuff like other plumbers are "cheap labor and won't do a good job" .. well, how does he know? Is he the only plumber in the universe who can do a good job? How can one be so judgmental like that? And at the end of his text, he said "do not contact us anymore for any other estimates" ,, he then repeated with "I said do not contact us anymore" -- what an attitude problem from someone who did not get the job? Most things in life you need second estimate, second opinion, something like that ... you should be professional enough to accept that you did NOT win the bid. For all the public reading this, please don't do any business with this man: he is horrible, terrible, with very bad attitude problem, and does not know a bit of customer service. It's not even a rating of one-star, it is a NO-star!
