Provided by YP.comThe facility in West Orange can be very crowded with 28 or so tables that are often all filled at the same time. You can spend well over an hour trying to get in a 30 minute session because you have to wait for equipment or wait for a therapist to give you instruction. At times everyone there seems overwhelmed with the volume of patients
The therapists do not seem to have the same experience level. Some like Dan or Eric have lots of experience and are very good to work with. Others appear to be much less experienced and seem uncomfortable talking to the patients and giving instruction. One problem is that you don't know which therapist you will be working with from visit to visit so your session may not be as helpful as it could be.
One positive is that they have early morning and late evening appointments so you don't have to leave work to make an appointment. The people at the front who schedule appointments are helpful and generally friendly.

Provided by YP.comI have been going to JAG for a couple of weeks. Jeff, Tim, Peggy and specially Mike are the best physical therapists I have met. They monitor your progress and they make sure that you are doing the stretches the right way. They can't be perfect, so they have that front desk Emily, who have very poor customer service, either by phone or in person. She doesn't greet you, unless you greet her first, and the first time i came to the office, she just totally ignored me as a new patient. I came in 15 minutes before my time, to fill out papers and i think she was on her break or something. She chatted with the other staff, went thru the mails, took a bite, anything but to give me the papers to fill out. A lot of times too, I can't make an appointment, because when she's on the phone, she'd really ignore you and bow down her head and not even say"I'll be right with you." She is very rude and exhibits nil customer service. A lot of time, when i leave the office, her head will be bowed down texting on her cell phone. If you have a problem with your insurance, she refuse to even hear what you have to say, and tell you she will let Mike know and will have Mike speak to you. Mike examines and treats all patients whenever I am there, he has a lot on his hands as it is, but to have a front desk who refuses to do any kind of work, It's too bad. JAG has a lot of potential, but I think JAG needs a front desk person with a heart, it is afte rall a healthcare provider.
