I wouldn't call this place an "assisted living" facility. More like an independent living facility. Paid one month deposit and when we moved our mother in they were told exactly the help she needed and was told no problem. Mom was there 1 1/2 months and we had to move her because they were not providing the help she needed and told her she had to do things on her own. Slowly saw my mom going into a depression state. Observed many times assistance being given to other residents but my mother being ignored. After moving mom out I was still being charged for time she wasn't there and the deposit wasn't calculated into bill as a credit. Finally paid the the bill as I didn't want it to go to collections and took in cancelled checks and bills with the amount over paid. 5 months later after threatening to report them to the BBB and getting attorney involved they sent a check for 1 months rent. They still owe us $133 but I'm done trying. Just being honest. Facility very pretty though.
