God awful. S:e took a thumb sized chunk of hair out of the back of my head, the one side is noticeably longer than the other, the back isn't blended at all, just goes from long to short like a bowl cut. I look like Brad Taylor from Home Improvement circa 1995. My 6 year old nephew could have done a better job and it wouldn't have cost me $14 plus tip. When I went back to have her fix it, she gave me attitude and butchered it even more. I had to have her stop in the middle.
