One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a local business. Called to get pricing regarding a monument for a family member who had recently passed, and Jim couldn’t have been any more insensitive. He was short and rude when discussing pricing, and clearly didn’t want to do his job. There are many other reputable choices around town, with employees far more considerate — and with better pricing.
