Zero stars!!!! Horrible place. The case managers here are all stuck up snotty rude people that do nothing but belittle the residents there. This place needs shut down…they do not follow their own policies and when the residents there ask question about their treatment plan or if their housing got approved they get no answers and get told they are trying to manipulate the staff…they are suppose to do positive and negative reinforcement with more positive than negative and I have never once heard of them ever delivering any positive reinforcements..The “treatment team” is a joke. They are making people take classes that they do not need and not required to take to keep them their longer and I know some people who have they had taking the same class twice literally the same class on the schedule twice. They do not make sure the residence there receive adequate medical treatment in a timely manner. There was someone who is diabetic that got a big a big cut on lower leg that was bleeding badly and that would not stop bleeding. Instead of getting him medical treatment he was placed upstairs isolated to a room and left alone in there for hours while it still bleed for hours and hours. And they can not keep employees because the people that run this place are so rude and disrespectful and and demanding and walk around with their nose up looking down on and talking down to employees of lower positions and residents just take a look at what some of the former employees say about this place. All the administrators should be fired and should be ashamed of themselves and should not be able to work in this fried. What is going on here. How has this place been able to get away with sorry excuse for “treatment” for so long. I can not believe that this place actually gets money to treat people this way while claiming that they are helping rehabilitate people and make them better like they are some caring kind hearted people..when actually they are not helping anyone
