Atty. Bogen handled my daughter's custody battle. He took the terror out of the entire Court process. I liked the fact that he really took his time in our first meeting. I felt that he actually cared about our case, and tried to feel out our needs. His fees were not inexpensive, but reasonable. He gave us a realistic picture of our options. He told us-- without making "guarantees" like so many others--what to expect BEFORE each hearing. In Court? Everyone knew him, liked him, respected him. He was always prepared. Always. Great in and out of the Courtroom. Like a great poker player, only with a marked deck. Our fight was his fight! After a few hearings, things started turning our way. Finally, we got the results we wanted --- and more. My daughter went from being unable to see her child to a Shared Parenting Plan. I recommend Attorney Bogen. I've seen his work, first hand.
