My transmission went out in my SUV so I scheduled an appointment to take it in and have it rebuilt. I was told to bring it in in 5 days and then it would take 3-4 days to complete. So I took it in on the scheduled day and it took him 29 days to complete my transmission!! I called 2-3 times a week and always got some excuse as to why it wasn't done. He promised me it would be "done tomorrow" three additional times during that period.

Sense I got the car back the transmission has been running good. But they forgot to tighten the nuts on both tie-rod ends and they both popped out of there sockets each a week apart. The worst mistake I've ever made when it comes to cars was to ever take mine there.

Very Knowledgeable bunch of guys that work there and very friendly and can not complain about the price either. I will continue to use these guys in the future for my transmission work!!!!!!!!!!!!
