We have used Bay State on a historical restoration in Stonington CT and recommended them for a parochial school historical stair project in North Attleboro MA. The work on both projects was excellent. In both cases they found a way to complete the project under budget. Our clients were very happy. Called this company a week ago and left a message asking someone to come out for an estimate on a foundation repair. A guy returns my call today, a week later, and tells me he'll come by this evening to look at the job. I make sure I'm home from 4pm on because, my bad, I didn't make him pinpoint what time of the day he thought evening fell into. It's 8:20pm now. Not only does he not show up, he doesn't even have the decency to get on his freakin' cell phone and call me to let me know he's not going to show up. Honesty, integrity and good customer service is NOT to be found with this company. Look elsewhere!
