I have dined and had drinks in this place over the years. I knew Mr Jim Slater as well as his son Jeff. I met my boyfriend there through a friend and he was a bartender there back in the late 80's and early 90's his name was Jim Carlino.We spent alot of our free time there when Jim had time off from working there. The food there is great and size is plentyful all home cooked. They make you feel like your part of the family. The bar is separted from the restaurant so you can take your children as well. The people who own it and work there are very nice and pleasant. I've recommended it to alot of friends and they have enjoyed the food and enviroment. I hope that they continue to keep all memories past and present alive. Good luck in your success to continue what you started so many years ago.
