Awful company cery dissatisfied with service

Don't ever rent from this company!! My husband and I rented from them and hated it. The building wasn't even presentable. There were cracks in the walls and the ceiling leaked above the toilet and when we told the maintenance man it was leaking he didn't do anything about it, there was a clear hole there that was just covered up with sheet rocking mud. The air conditioner leaked the entire time we lived there and made black mold so for a year we lived with black mold in our place because they didnt want to cut it all out of the wall.When it rained water built up in our air registers, when I called the landlord she was just going to leave it in the registers and let it dry out until I made a big stink about it. Then the lazy maintenance man came out and made my husband dig the hole for the pump to pump the water from below the building. The pump HAD to be plugged in so the maintenance man plugged it into our outlets and let the pump run over night using our electricity! These people should be shut down!!
