Provided by YP.comI had a tire replaced there. I went there because the owner is an honest and nice man, and my previous experience had been very positive.
Immediately on driving away, there was a grinding sound from the wheel that had received the new tire.
There was no way they road-tested my car.
I complained, and I was told "it's probably brake dust, it will work itself out."
It didn't.
I stood over the mechanic as he removed the wheel since I wanted to see this "brake dust" that was making such a horrible noise. When he removed the brake drum, you could see that it was cracked, and that the grinding noise was caused by installing the drum crooked (something I didn't think was possible).
I asked the manager to make it right, but he told me, "it was material failure, the metal had delaminated; it's common, and not due to anything they did"
B.S.
It cost me a few hundred dollars to replace the brake drum.
I will never go there again.

Provided by YP.comI have read these other reviews on here and I feel like I have to review as well, the only people that ever review a business seem to only have bad stuff to say and I would also like to know how taking a wheel off the car would make your drum go back on crooked since they most likely didn't take the drum off.... I have had nothing but good service there and they have been very polite and professional. They have new mechanics and new oil change and tire guys don't blame the business for a workers problem if the bad workers gone the problem is fixed.

Provided by YP.comthe service was absolutely terrible. I took my car in for an alignment and oil change. When I picked my car up it seemed like nothing had been done. I paid 120 dollars for work that there was no proof of being done. My car still pulls to one side and they didnt even take down the old sticker for my oil change. I felt like I had been taken advantage of because I am young and a girl. When I took the car back to be looked at a second time the mechanic spent the entire time telling me that I should just sell my car to him for 500 dollars so he could fix it up and resell it. The level of un professionalism was astounding. I will be taking my business anywhere but there from now on.
