Provided by YP.comVery poor service. Purchased a Heil unit from K & R in fall of 2012 - They had a unit on a Bids for Bargains Auction - purchased for $3,900.00. Finally in May 24, 2012 got it installed. Next summer, was not cooling properly - called and called again and again - finally June 12, 2013 they sent someone out - checked and it was low on 410A freon - they added 2 lbs. - only charged $65 service call. Worked ok until this year - was not cooling properly again - I assumed low on freon - called & set up an appointment - No show - called and they rescheduled for another day - Again No Show. Could not find a Heil dealer to come out - called another brand dealer who came an found that there was small leak - filled with 2 & 1/2 lbs. 410A - Is working now. K & R should have fixed it the first time plus should never have told me that they were going to come out when apparently they had no intention of doing so.
Will never deal with K & R again. Find someone else - I also saw were someone else had bad service with them as well.

Provided by YP.comAgree 100% with the below review. quick to take your money and almost impossible to get warrantied work done. went to air design as well for the 4th problem and he had never pulled so much coolant out of a system before. the system was overheating and would shut off. if I didn't catch when I did it could have destroyed the system

He does not show up when he tells you he will. If he says 800am than expect him either after 1100am or not at all. I've literally stayed home all day waiting for him to come. When he installed our new furnace and AC, he could not figure out which AC went upstairs, and which AC went downstairs. So the upstairs AC lost its charge. It was running 24-7, and caused a 660.00 electricity bill! We called him numerous times, and most times it was to a full cell phone, so you couldn't even leave a message. After getting ahold of him, he still never showed up when he told us he would! The lazy bum caused us to have to contact another place to come out and fix his mistake! So 200.00 later, we now have it working GREAT! This guy promises the world, DO NOT hire this guy. You'll regret it for sure!

Provided by YP.comOk this guy makes it sound like he's a real business man. Far from! He would show up late, say he was coming at 8am and not show up until after 11:00am, almost everyday. Took him a full week to put in a furnace, and when he did he couldn't tell the upstairs air conditioner from the downstairs? When he did this he lost the charge on the upstairs air conditioner. Now I have a 660.00 electricity bill because my upstairs air does not turn off all day and night. We called him numerous times to come and fix it, and he never showed up! Had to pay another 200.00 to have a different company come and repair the air conditioner. Guy is awful! Don't hire them, Air Design instead! Great customer service!
