I have tried up to 8 hours to call and set up an appointment for a passport, but phone is always busy.

They leave their phone off the hook so they don't have to bother answering the phone and forcing people to drive to the location. This is not acceptable especially during bad weather. Answer your phone people!!!!

The staff in the P.O. are wonderful. They were able to track down a package that I had addressed incorrectly and get it to my daughter at the correct address in the same day. That is what I call going above and beyond to provide great customer service. Thank you so much.

I live in Centerview and work in Holden, but I drive to Warrensburg to do my postal business. The clerks are always friendly and helpful, and my mail arrives to its destinations faster than when mailed from other local post offices. Sometimes to my surprise, faster than I anticipated. I appreciate the good attitudes of the people who work their and the efficiency in which they do their jobs.
