I will not even rate this office with a 1 star, as Mr. Ballance, failed to appear at/in court on our date of court, so I was left to defend for myself, and even if that wasn't enough, he was paid in full up front and it's been over two weeks, and I have still yet to receive a refund. I have called and called his office on several occasions, and left messages with other attorneys, and the receptionist. I was told by receptionist at one time that the check was being mailed, well that was over a week and a half ago, and now when I leave messages, I have still yet to receive a return phone call. Very bad customer service, and is surely not concerned about his clients, otherwise he would have been in court when he was needed as that what he was PAID for !!!!!!! Would not recommend to anyone or ever return to him for any services.
