Not bashing, just fact. My family has had several bad experiences at this location.

1. Very poor customer service.

2. Two occasions at the drive thru I had to pull to the side and walk in and get my food.When I went in to get my food on the second occasion I was told that I did not pay. The car in front of us was the ones that did not pay. I did not appreciate the way I was addressed when I went in.

3. My husband got the wrong sandwich and we were already out on the highway. He ordered a steak burrito. He does not eat pork...he got a sausage burrito. He threw it away and he got something at Burger King down the road.

4. The whole place is so disorganized. The cashier at the drive thru down to the people inside were so confused about what was going on around them.
