Be careful. I have never been a patient with Sentz, Griffin and Tudor, but they continue to call me with appointment reminders. What's up with that? I have called them several times to tell them they have mistakenly called me and they should remove my phone number from their records. Even with telling them what the appointment date and time is that they have called about they can't seem to figure out why they have my number. So, perhaps someone mistyped a phone number for another patient or a patient igave them a bogus phone number. But, the fact that they keep calling also makes me wonder if this is some kind of scam. However, if the clerical people are just this sloppy, what does that say about the practice? Nor do they ever use a patient name when leaving a message. Most doctor/dentist will leave voice mail that includes the patient's name. Just plain strange.
