Awful Service

Terrible! These guys did nothing but mess my car up. If you want to take your car somewhere where you have to double check everything they touch and even repair there mistakes at your own cost then this is the place for you. No quality control and they don't take responsibility for their errors.

Great! I was new to the Warrenton area and took a chance on bringing my car to Trusted Auto Care. Since then I have continued to bring my car there and have been impressed everytime with the quality, speed, and price of their services as well as the respectful and knowledgeable people that work there.

It gives me no pleasure to write this, as I liked the staff here, but my experience was an absolute nightmare. I had my engine replaced here and had nothing but problems after I got my car back. 1. My car came back with an oil leak. Turned out they installed the oil cooler gasket in the wrong place (how I have no idea) I had to fix this myself. 2. Fluids were not topped off. 3. They broke my battery strap. 4. An improperly installed (pinched) coolant hose burst a week after getting my car back. My brand new engine almost overheated. Again, I had to fix myself. 5. I found various loose bolts and bolts that were not torqued to spec. 6. They cross rotated my front two tires (which are directional tires). 7. I noticed a transmission leak from the first day I got it back from them at the passenger axle seal. I had them look at it and they couldn't find the leak. They never actually fixed the leak. I later had a Nissan axle seal installed which corrected the leak. 8. My passenger axle support bracket broke while they were working on my car. They assured me they could weld it back together. I paid them handsomely to do so. Shortly after my passenger axle breaks, they assure me it's not their fault so I pay them for a new axle. 2 weeks later, passenger axle breaks again. A week later it breaks again. They ruined the axle bracket and didn't take responsibility for the axle when they were at fault. In my numerous dealings with them over all of these various problems, they never gave me any refunds or did any work for free, despite all of their mistakes and obvious responsibility in the matter. They wasted excessive amounts of my time and money and took neither matter seriously. Absolute worst experience at a repair shop, period.
