Holiday sellers BEWARE!!

I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and just started bringing my items to them this year. My first round was great and made some money. This second and final round was not good. You are given five days from the end of your consignment. Well, I was only given 3 and half due to Thanksgiving, which no one told me they were going to close early on the fourth day. I called to see if I could come in the day after Thanksgiving since they closed early on Wed and were closed on Thanksgiving and got a flat out no. I called three times to try to plead with them, there is definitely no holiday cheer with them, at all. They don't care. I had to settle for them to send me a check and a donation sheet.

I have always praised them to others and tell folks to go there, now I will be saying how they rip you off to keep your stuff. They keep making people upset, word of mouth will close them for good.
