I went there for 2 visits for acupuncture (dry needling). My insurance denied the claims (BCBS). After Kinetic Health made 2 attempts for payment and did not get paid, I requested they give me their CASH price for this service which I was told was $45 and he refused. My deductible portion was $54.50 and I had to pay $241.84 for a total of 2 visits of acupuncture. So I paid a total of $120.92 for each acupuncture session!!!! I feel so RIPPED OFF by Kinetic Health! I will pay Kinetic Health their money, but be careful and know up front how he will handle your bill if he cannot get payment.
