Worst limousine service ever! We utilized service for friends 30th bday party for pick-up from the burbs to the city. We were picked up by the owner of the company who immediately started complaining about his long day, how tired he was and how his employees were incompetent. Upon first glance, the limo looked like it should have been on the way to the junkyard. None of the lights in the back were working so we had to use a flashlight to find our way around! The ride down made us car sick from the constant stop and go, which was not due to traffic. He missed the exit to our destination so we ended up taking a 20 minute detour around the city. He sent us a receipt for someone elses services used. And, as if the above wasnt bad enough after we got out of the limo he shouted so loudly and used more profanity than I have ever heard in a lifetime because we about 5 empty beer cans and cups in the vehicle. Our friends 30th bday celebration had been ruined due to this mans outrage.

this company is a sham! they give away your cc numbers to other limo people. They have no customer service skills at all. We hired them for a wedding and the limo was really dirty on the outside, no just married sign or red carpet as promised, speakers missing in the inside, and the moonroof didnt even work. Also, showed up a half our late and tried charging me for him being late and then charged me more money that what was in our deal. AlERT do not use this company
